There's a difference between coordinated (good) and match-matchy (bad).

And the more pieces there are, the worse it is! Is this the worst case scenario?

... do NOT buy it all from one place.  It's great when we have our favorite resources, but a room decked out in all one store/ designer is boring in the best case scenario and dated in the worst case scenario.  Or boring AND dated in the worst-worst case scenario.  I love interiors that look layered, that have character and aren't too matchy-matchy.  Mix era's, patterns, textures, old and new!  That's when the magic happens.
