Heidi Kim began her design career over 15 years ago as a women's fashion designer. First in New York at Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY Jeans and as Design Director at Armani Exchange where she would present the women’s collection to Mr. Armani in Milan every season.  Then, after to re-locating to Los Angeles she worked at premium denim label Rock and Republic as Vice President of Design, and as founder of women's contemporary line Strong & Dickerson.

Making the change to interior design was a natural transition.  She collaborated on the design and then project managed a new ground-up construction in Venice, CA.  Strategic use of the budget was one of the top priorities, as it is in fashion design.

“All the companies I've worked for have incredible design cultures and have given me such a broad range of experience and knowledge, from the fine points of color and texture to creating complete looks. The only way to design for each of these brands' customers is to know and understand their lifestyle needs, which is the same when designing interiors. I am so thankful for the opportunity to have learned from the best in the business, and it has made me the designer that I am today.”
